If you would like to return an item, we’re here to assist! Follow these guidelines for a smooth return process, and refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
How to Return Your Item
- Return Shipping: Please send returns via a tracked delivery service, as we can only process items we receive.
- Eligible Items: Once received, you can choose an exchange or refund. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Important Steps
- Complete the Returns Form: Download and complete the returns form below, and include it in your package. We cannot process returns or exchanges without this form.
- Secure Packaging: Package your items securely and address the parcel to the returns address on the form.

- Items must be in original, pristine condition, with no signs of wear or exposure to fragrances, makeup, or smoke.
- Return postage is at the customer’s cost/risk, and all items should be sent via tracked mail.
- Personalized products and gift boxes are non-refundable.
- Returns can take up to 30 days to process from the date of receipt and quality check.
