What is your returns policy?

Are all your products handmade to order?
Yes, every item is handmade to order with meticulous care at our Fashion Warehouse in Manchester, UK. From hoodies and t-shirts to jeans and phone cases, our products are crafted using decades of experience in printing and tailoring to achieve the highest quality standards. Information about our production timeline is included in your confirmation email. If you need your item sooner, please reach out to us.

Can I make changes to my order?
Since our items are handmade to order, any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If your item has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to accommodate further changes. Please contact our Customer Service team at Hello@eu-dumont.com for assistance.

Do you offer 24-hour (Next Day) Delivery?
We currently do not offer a 24-hour delivery service at checkout, as each product is made to order. However, we may be able to accommodate specific requests for faster shipping. Please contact us at Hello@eu-dumont.com for more details.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, please check your tracking information, which you should have received via email from Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail’s 48-hour tracked delivery service for all orders. If you still have questions after reviewing your tracking details, please reach out to our Customer Service team at Hello@eu-dumont.com.

What should I do if I think my order is lost?
If your tracking shows the order as delivered, check nearby locations and with neighbors, as it may have been left in a safe place. If it’s still missing, contact Royal Mail’s Customer Service and provide them with your tracking number for further information. If you need further assistance after contacting Royal Mail, reach out to our Customer Service team at Hello@eu-dumont.com, and we can begin the lost parcel process.

Do you cover Custom Duties?
We are unable to cover any customs duties applied to your order, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I pay my customs duties?
Once your order reaches your local carrier, you will receive a notification with instructions for paying any customs duties due. For example, if shipping to Ireland, AnPost will hold your order until customs fees are paid. If unpaid, the order will be returned to us, and an additional delivery fee may be required for re-shipping. If an order is returned to us twice, we may deduct the final shipping cost from your refund.
